📜 Zameenarc Master Terms, Conditions & Privacy Policies

By accessing, registering, or using Zameenarc, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms. If you disagree with any clause, please stop using our platform immediately.

During registration and account creation, we collect your full Name, active Mobile Number, and Email Address to verify identity, communicate updates, and secure your access profile.

Our app requests GPS Location permissions strictly to detect your coordinates, compute accurate property distances, and showcase real estate listings available in your immediate vicinity.

When generating property leads, contacting sellers, or scheduling visits, we capture your Name, Phone, and Email to securely share verified inquiry details with respective property owners or authorized agents.

All online monetary transactions, subscriptions, and featured listings are processed securely through the official PhonePe Payment Gateway. Zameenarc never stores your bank UPI PIN, net banking passwords, or card CVV details.

Real estate agents can purchase paid subscription tiers or promotion packages to list multiple properties and acquire priority buyer leads. Subscription pricing, validity dates, and features are clearly specified prior to purchase.

Agent subscription fees and featured promotion payments are strictly non-refundable once activated and deployed. In case of duplicate debit or proven technical transaction failures via PhonePe, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days.

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading fraudulent property listings, misleading pricing descriptions, abusive text, or violating local real estate laws. Violation will result in permanent account suspension without warning.

Zameenarc acts only as an intermediary digital marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, and agents. We do not take direct legal or financial liability for offline property deals. For support, contact our helpdesk.
